Planning your web site

The first question to ask yourself is "Why does my business need a website", indeed many businesses when first asked have replied " We were told that we had to have a website" or " The competition has one so we need one". This is one of the most important question to answer as this will determine the direction in which the overall planning process will take. Below are a few reason why you may need a website:

  • To advertise your business, products and services
  • Inform your customers of latest offers and promotions
  • Provide customer services and support
  • Display a detailed Business card
  • Promote News and events
  • Promote your beliefs and ideals or hobbies
  • Sell products or services online
